Coaching Philosophy:

I believe that coaching is one of the best ways of helping individuals with AD/HD minimize the problems caused by their brain's unique wiring through learning about AD/HD, identifying areas that need improvement, and partnering together to provide new structures, strategies, and support for dealing with their challenges.  Coaching can also help clients recognize and utilize their strengths, find their passion, and rekindle their dreams.
