Coaching Philosophy:

I believe that coaching is one of the best ways of helping individuals with ADD minimize the problems caused by ADD through learning about ADD, identifying areas that need improvement, and partnering together to provide new structures, strategies, and support for dealing with ADD.  Coaching can also help clients recognize and utilize their strengths, find their passion, and rekindle their dreams.
